      Hey Bud, On the Drop forums they say the “T400” size Comply foam tips are best w T2 [+ the Pro], but when I clicked through the link listed in your description, it was the Tx-500. I’m just looking to triple check before I order any Comply tips, as I just ordered the T2 Pros for 37+tax from Drop a few days ago. Thanks So Much!¡! Stay Safe!

    message for all curious : I own both models t2 and t2 pro. all I can say is get t2 , glue the bass vents and adjust equalizer +3dB for all frequencies above 3 khz Job done now you got the pro model sound signature - crisp highs more detail but with deeper and better bass but still no sibilance.

    • @SuperReview

      @Arbiter Forhees I prefer T2 to AS10, but people have different tastes. AS10 is bassier, bit punchier sound.

      @Arbiter Forhees t2 has better sound ballance. some upper mid frequencies at kz as10 are distorted to my ears. t2 is my favourite iem in very long time.

      Careful with covering up the vent, I heard they are there to equalize pressure and covering it up means theres no where for the pressure to go, static pressure between the driver and the ear drum can apparently lead to damage of the ear. But again im not sure just basing it off what other people have said about the mod

      I came to KZ AS10 from a year with ZS6. I had to crank up 11kHz by 6db and turn down 5.6 kHz by 3db to finally start liking them.
      Now I'm really curious about T2s.

    Try the T2 Pro with the narrow bore silicon tips that are included... Sounds really excellent... I own the T2 Pro, T2 and AS10. I understand the pros of all of them, but of the three, I reckon the T2 Pro has the most detail. I keep going back to them..

So initially i want to buy kz zsx to upgrade from my kz zst since the sound started to be static-ish, but then i saw your review and i really love the design of tin audio t2, and now i don't know what to choose, kz zsx with 6 drivers each, or tin audio t2 with 1 driver each. 10:38, I have the TRN V80s and the treble doesn't really bother me, but my ears are kinda funky when it comes to foam tips so I think I kinda prefer silicone tips. Would T2 Pros with silicone tips have stronger treble than v80s? I guess I mean what has more extreme treble, because I'm not sure I can handle too much treble. Would it be safer to get normal T2's for silicone tips?
    Some feedback would be greatly appreciated, also I subbed and am looking forward to more iems :D

    I swear half the reviewers don't know the best config or how to wear them correctly. Foams are crap, they mute the treble but they also kill the bass. My tip is to use the silicone tips with the small holes. Shove the whole earphone in your ear so it is sitting snug in the cartilage of your ear. You'll know you have it right when it is sitting on a slight angle but feels super comfortable. The metal should be sitting snug in the cartilage and the bumpy bit of your ear securing it, almost going over it. The more metal you get fitting snugly, the better the sound and the security. If you are relying on the eartips and hooks to keep it secure you are doing it wrong. Trust me, You will get god tier sound out of your Tin T2 pro's and You'll say wow, that's where the bass is.

    • @knifen2478
      @knifen2478 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Same. Although I used tips with a slight protruding shaft lol it helps keep them snug without having the iem push itself out of your ear

  • @antoinep9733
    @antoinep9733 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    So treble could be an issue for some using traditional silicone ear tips? I use foams for sports, they tend to be more secure, but I don’t like the “feel” of them, there’s always that sensation of pressure.

    • @SuperReview
      @SuperReview  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup! If you don't like foam tips, IMO these are too sibilant. I'm not sure how much that perception varies by individual hearing, but for me it's unpleasant.

      I don't think microphone affects sound quality, though -- I mean it's possible if you had a badly-built cable, because the microphone does sit between the audio source and your ear, but I've never suspected a microphone was an issue for me. That said, I personally prefer cables to not have microphones, but it's just because (a) it's something that can catch on zippers or other things, and (b) I'll never use it :p

      @bebrasha 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      something to consider with the as10 is the size of the headphones. They are a good deal larger than the t2 or t2 pros, for me its a major difference in comfort. The as10s are not bad - they are just massive. The sound fidelity is great and the bass is strong but for me personally the t2 (pros) still win every time.

      I'm currenty trying some AS10's and I find them incredibly comfortable, the sound isolation I get is unreal. In fact I'm trying to find any other IEM's with the same shape, perfect for my ear! I haven't tried the T2's yet but the AS10's have a really strong mid-bass which isn't pleasant to me. Makes everything boom and while the detail is still high it sounds bizarre. There is also something strange happening in the high mids which applies too much coloration for me. Too bad though since the fit and other frequency ranges are great.
