in the first fight fenax procced phantom touch and that landed the final hit on hephraak. please remove phantom touch, and replace with cruelty/heavenscast or so :D
Tyraku as a Siegfrund owner you have to realy get used to Narses beeing able to go through his passive with the a2. It ignores dmg mitigation wich is how siegfrunds works so just use the a2 when you want to kill him. Eddit: you figured it out after the fight that a2 might have been the play.
Tyraku doesn't have a siegfrund. Maybe you were talking about yourself. I'd recommend using commas, let me fix it for you, "Tyraku, as a siegfrund user..."

On 1st fight. You need a debuff so fenax will do a second hit and kill monkey

In that last fight I would have maybe ban the nutcracker and just picked a second cleanser. Make the Rat have to fight two cleansers
But the opponent could change his last pick with another Nuker like Sun Wukong etc. Gnishak was a flex spot for him
