As a collie in the west, I am pulling my hair out and am considering going warden after dealing with this attitude this war and the last few. It's bad enough that the average player defaults to #not my hex but the fact that colonial clanman's officers are like that makes playing very unfun.
It’s really funny to see how much you can get away with since colonials seem to not give a singular shit about what happens in their backline most of the time if it doesn’t directly effect then.
I tried colonial this time and won't be staying. I tried fighting for ash as it was lost yesterday. I used all my own mats to make a bardiche and all the ammo. Locked it and came back to two guys from the biggest logi regi in ash wrenching it. When I told them i had made it using only my mats they told me to go f myself that it was in "their" seaport so it was theirs. Then blew up my truck I was in with my own tank when I told them off for being toxic. Same regi for days I'd see going to each mat field on refresh and blocking it off with their trucks. As the port fell you could hear their leadership yelling for guys to pull out stuff because they were gonna lose obscene amounts of gear that they had stockpiled/horded. Warden logi is so much better even with its own flaws I'd experienced.
QRF Mario vs. Luigi: Mario: "It's a team based game; if you don't defend your teammates' bases, even if they are private, you will lose the war!" Luigi: "Private facility? PERSONAL LIABILITY!"
It is most definitely not a notmyhex problem. It's a actually a clanman 'this is my hex" problem. As a collie, I saw a gigantic green blob of afk'ers just sitting in seaport while queue was 30+. Ppl want to help the west, we just can't
the "Not Public Blayt" sighn made me lose literally all sympathy for the bozo's getting partisaned, fuck if I was collie I'd have watched them do it and waved.
Gee, it's almost like people don't want to QRF private bases eating up the msup efficiency, or something. Or perhaps more accurately, it's almost like people can't QRF when most of the tech tree that gives you the most efficient QRF vehicles is locked behind facilities. Seriously though, I think people have become jaded with the game. The devs have created an environment where people seriously do not care what happens to their fellow teammates, because if they rage quit, it becomes free real estate.
Literally the best anti-partisan vehicle is just the argonaut. If I died to a player, that player was likely in an argonaut. Also he is in the middle of Ashtown, QRF doesn’t really have a long walk.
