But Day 1 was complete while Day 2 is far from done but at least we got how it looks. That was back in 2020. So it’s possible it was cancelled considering how close to development it was.

If you want to go to infamy XXV, it just feels like a nightclub grind and you just need some spare time to waste If you do loud, it’s always repetitive with nothing too special, nothing too chaotic. It feels bland imo, I feel like they need to add more chaos or make it somewhat more difficult (such as nerfing bullseye)
what we really lack is the optimisation of difficulties. so far only normal, extreme and nightmare are the only logical difficulties you should play (normal for beginners, extreme to get used to reinforced cameras, nightmare for main gameplay) and even then nightmare without mutators is just too easy. "well here you go, youve just mentioned mutators, go use them" what about the people who arent max infamy yet and still want normal exp? mutators are not even meant to be taken seriously, are not really meant to be completed on the highest setting or be the equivalent to payday 2's DSOD. they're just for fun, but other than that mutators are in good shape. difficulties ive not mentioned before dont have a point to be in the game, at all. what changes do i suggest then? normal is at a good position, doesnt need a change hard should have current very hard's difficulty and rewards current very hard should be removed from the game extreme should be renamed to challenging, should have current anarchy's difficulty, but have 0.95x of anarchy's rewards (5% reduction) current anarchy should also be removed from the game nightmare should have it's difficulty doubled, but only have a 1.5x increase in rewards (difficulty increase is applied to both, detection risk and police assault severity) from 6 currently available difficulties, from which only 3 are useful, we then get 4 difficulties that all have their reason to exist normal serves as an introduction to new players hard will serve as a step up for new players that have become more experienced or just serve as the choice for casual players enjoying the game challenging will serve as a step up into a more professional part of the playerbase as well as a middle ground between the casual and the professional playerbase nightmare will be a very extreme difficulty where even the best players have a chance to fail, but completing a heist on this difficulty will be an accomplishment nerfing certain skills isnt going to fix the "game is too easy" issue, you'll just adapt different tactics to your build and have a very similar difficulty feeling if not the same ..or my short answer to the biggest issue in notoriety: *make difficulties meaningful and include actually challenging difficulties for professional players as a main part to the game instead of forcing players to set mutators to highest settings possible and make them play with an USELESS progression system that gives you NOTHING*
It's the player's choice if they want to grind repetitive heists like ozela and nightclub 24/7. I became XXV in less than 3 months without spamming heists. But yea it's kinda bland and boring, the only fun heists for me nowadays is loud with few mutators like 2-3 steelbadges/acad training, national guard/cloaker, and etc. You can do full mutator loud but it gets dead boring quick once you got used to it.

Brick bank is not good. It's literally a waiting game, and you only get something to do once the vault gates finally open, which is when you get to move on to a bag moving simulator. Apart from money, xp and the alright-looking map, there's nothing fun to be found.

Tbf. That's where Mutators come in, and you can increase the detection meter to Payday levels, or enemy fire and armour to insane amounts.

Ozela & Authority are probably the longest heists I’ve ever done, Ozela nightmare took me around 30 mins to do, and 25 mins for Authority nightmare.
