I think Jeff is the best cop and tends to be more realistic, polecat misses too much stuff and has really sloppy police procedure. Guy flies into the yellow jack, smashes a pole and he then tells the guy to get back IN to the car. Like...if he were armed, or had a weapon in the car, he could have pulled it and shot him. You don't have to have an individual in the car to conduct an investigation.
I agree, I think Jeff takes the crown for LEO, PC takes crim, buggs is right there with him. Buggs excels out of all as civ. (But then again I havent seen much jeff doj civ)
