Yeah in mugen certain characters don’t do their normal damage. I initially assumed it was because of the fact that in mugen certain combos could be extended and would result in TOD situations. But then there are characters who actually do have simple TOD combos so I’ve come to the conclusion that lore based powerhouse characters were just nerfed to unplayable in mugen
