Install Honeywell Thermostat T6861 (replacing a T6574A) AC controller

A real time, start to finish, thermostat replacement of Honeywell AC controller, fan coil type AC, in a tower in Dubai. This controller T6861 can control heat or cool but in my case only controls COLD.
Download the wiring diagram for both that you need to replace and make sure you label things if its not as easy as my case of just moving them over.
