what screws etc did you use please?
I think they were M3x10 with M3 square nuts. This build was done some time back, but most of what I use in my projects is M3
What kind of LED strip did you use?
it was a cheapo RGB strip from Wish or Geek or one of those sites. Pretty much any RGB LED strip should work.
the flame form thingiverse is hollow ? Can you share the stl files ?
I printed it in vase mode - check your slicer settings (I use Prusa Slicer) - you can also just print it with 0 bottom layers and 0% infill to get the same effect just with thicker walls.
