This might be my bias but I would love to see a “Kid Cudi song bracket”. I think he’s one of the most influential artists for the new generation and has a large and diverse discography
Momma is a strong contender for #1 for me. The knxwledge beat is the smoothest I’ve ever heard, the flow on the first verse, the twist on the second. It’s just very near perfect for me
i am at least glad to hear someone else thinking FEAR is their favorite kendrick song because every single thing about that song to me is beyond incredible
My favorite Kendrick song is u. The vocal performance is insane, the emotion in the song is palpable, and it’s vulnerable, relatable, and intense. Not to mention the production, storytelling, and perfect musical tone. A couple sleeper favorites are Untitled 08 (blue faces), BLOOD., and Untitled 02 (get top on the phone)
u is really good, but i feel like it overlaps a lot with Sing About Me, I'm Dying Of Thirst, especially that third verse of Sing About Me that's from Kendrick's perspective. u goes deeper, but Sing About Me, I'm Dying Of Thirst goes to more places, and i feel like Sing About Me, I'm Dying Of Thirst is the better song overall

I agree with Grayson about lust. It’s one of Kendrick best vocal performances
lust in my top 5 ngl
facts that might be top 5 for me
G r a y s o n
@@thewhitejackharlow he’s using his seductive voice on a seductive song
Lust is one of my least favourite kendrick songs
i was half asleep for the first 10 minutes and 7 seconds of the video, but at 10:08 i just felt like the energy really picked up!
@@KasaiKouhai check description
Graydon genuinely said he doesn't like the sampha hook on father time and were all just ok with that
Knew to be prepared to be disappointed for the rest of the bracket immediately.
so-called "free thinkers" when Hivemind tells them to say the energy picks up around 10:08:
I actually fully agree with Sing About Me and Wesleys Theory being the final two.
Yeah same
True but personally I think Wesley’s Theory should’ve won
I cant watch these anymore pride was missed, king kunta disrespect, duckworth disrespect, cartoons and cereal disrespect, silent hill being eliminated because its a "fun beat" and the list goes on. Hope you post an updated version after a re evaluation
Wanted to see Hiiipower here.. also disagreed with couple of your opinions. I don’t think I will ever watch another vid from you guys. Keep it up❤️
Complexion is one of my favorite songs off TPAB honestly and I feel it's so underrated. Masterpiece.
complexion and institutionalized insanely underrated
You guys never fail to have the most horrendous takes ever! Nice 👍🏽
My top three:
1.Wesley’s Theory
2.Sing About Me
3.Tie between Mother I Sober and Institutionalized
If I was the president, I'd pay my mommas rent, free my homes and them. Bulletproof my chevie doors lay in the white house AND GET HIIIGH LAWD!
@@incidentlyaniguana2193 I mean seriously, name a moment of that song that ISN’T amazing
I would love to see a most popular rap songs of 2022 bracket
mother I sober is easily my favorite kendrick song, its one of the only piece of media to ever make me cry, and it hits so hard for me
it's crazy that I was disagreeing with y'all the whole video, but am not at all disappointed in the elite 8 or final 4 or final 2. Kendrick really is just that good. his whole discography is amazing
These bracket videos have introduced me to a lot of new songs that i fw, love yall vids keep it up
I like how every time Riley says To Pimp A Butterfly he says it slightly faster
Topipabutfly
This might be my bias but I would love to see a “Kid Cudi song bracket”. I think he’s one of the most influential artists for the new generation and has a large and diverse discography
Hell yes
facts
My favorite Kendrick song is simply "u". Before that song I never thought Kendrick was able to break my heart.
Drake on a Kendrick song IS only getting weirder with time
I’d just like to point out that King Kunta beat Sing About Me in Fantano’s bracket and made it to the Final Four
A rare snoozer from hivemind, feel like the energy in this one is never going to pick up. Stop watching at 10:07 it's not worth your time.
Cartoons and cereal getting insta passed is wild to me
Right? That's arguably top 5 Kendrick for me
Momma is a strong contender for #1 for me. The knxwledge beat is the smoothest I’ve ever heard, the flow on the first verse, the twist on the second. It’s just very near perfect for me
Going full morbin mode in this one hivemind great to see it
i am at least glad to hear someone else thinking FEAR is their favorite kendrick song because every single thing about that song to me is beyond incredible
ant from npr said its his favourite song of all time i think
I think the vocal performance and instrumental in u set a better scene and it feels so real tbh. Pure lyrics I guess I see what you’re saying
U is definitely my favorite Kendrick song. It’s my second favorite song of all time.
I love the part at 19:06 where morbius appears and starts doing fortnite dances
Actually fire
He says “it’s morbin time” and morbs all over those guys
@@treyebillups8602 Him and the Hivemind crew play Morby Biscuit
11:54 it's different hearing this in 2024 lol
Even weirder after Kenny called for Drake's head on a mfing spike 😂
I can’t help but feel like the energy really picks up around 10:08
Best song is absolutely Wesley's Theory. Best feature for me is Really Doe, Danny Brown. There's so much energy and that hook along with all the other features are just so good.
I really like kendrick's verse on yeah right by vince staples, but i gotta agree with the atrocity exhibition pick.
@@nfdhje38743m solid feature! I think it's safe to say that when Kendrick takes a feature he puts heart into it and is very careful about his selection.
Kendrick isn't even the best feature on Really Doe, that honor goes to Earl
@@jeremy24tyler74 I said it was his best feature for me, didn't say he was the best on the track. I absolutely agree! Ab-soul even does an amazing job.
This is my #3 for Kendrick I think, his verse on the THat Part remix and his verse on Wat's Wrong by Isaiah Rashad both are a bit better features IMO but they're all insanely close
Omg the poetic justice comment aged like a fine wine
The energy immediately after 10:08 is truly unmatched
Such an original comment
Swimming pools is like the 2012 fight for your right to party
12:03 aged perfectly lmao
The amount of hot takes in this video is crazy.
I’m so glad Sing About Me won, such great story telling with a phenomenal supporting production. Absolutely Kendrick’s best song. I have a warrant out for my arrest because I defecated in too many Hot Topics
More like Hot Pocket... because they make you poo.
It’s nostalgia for sure but I love Blow My High. So many different voices going on and it’s such a jam. Making Pimp C’s Big Pimpin verse into the chorus was dope
Can't believe untitled 05 wasn't even mentioned. Such a great song.
I can't wait till they do the We cry together clean version bracket
I wish Auntie Diaries was on there. To me it’s a groundbreaking song in the hiphop community
How the hell do your brackets for artists always end up so different than mine yet we manage to agree on so many niche edge cases.
