I did Romaniacs in 2017 in the "Semi Pro" class. As a former motocross and supercross racer, I thought I would handle it easily. Boy, was I wrong. I had no idea what I getting myself into. TH-cam videos show it to be brutal but the real thing is 20X more extreme than anything you see on screen. It's FUCKING INSANE.
@@straightnobraker4677 Yeah, I finished......barely. The prologue nearly killed me (twice). Each class (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Iron) did slightly different sections. My class (silver or semi pro) wasn't as insane as the pro class but it was still the toughest race Ive ever done.
Makes you respect how bad a$$ David knight was, he was destroying people in hard enduro. Same for isde & endurocross, came to the states & won the GNCC series & Red Bull last man standing. Only 3 guys finished that race, and he was like 30-60min ahead of second lol dude was the best in my opinion l, at his prime.. he had the Jarvis ability but had the speed too..
i do cross country on snowmobile in the norht of québec. this the holes was about 6 foot deep. the pro took 4h 4h30 for 4 laps the guy was so tired they cannot walk almost
