I want to tell you sometimes the idea of runes is to help champions reach their power spykes without dying in the process Yone is fragile, he is building like a tank but before he becomes a tank he needs sustain because with this strategy he will become a tank when he have his first item build, therefore he needs the fleet footwork rune. Still there is an even better strategy than that.. you can combine second wind with doran's shield to get a lot of HP regen whenever you are at low health, you get so much healing from that that you can use any offensive rune like Conqueror or Grasp as you said or even Hail Of Blades!
