Cool! Do you know software (vst), which can recognize handpan bass-notes and play sub-bass synth in real time (as in your video), for live performance?
I'm afraid I don't know about any good solution that would do that. There are some paid available though, but I don't know how good they are. For live sub-bass any solution won't be perfectly good though, as sometimes the bass note you want is actually different from the lowest note you play on the instruement.
Instead, you could try sending a copy of your signal to a new channel, apply low-pass filter and add some compression/transient processing/saturaiton/pitch shifting (could work with Little Alter Boy) to achieve something similar - more pronounced bass - and an octave lower (or more).
