Wow Tim you get to go to all these cool model shows and swap meets. I agree this Detroit show looks awesome. I bet I could find every part I need to finish off some restorations. Nice resin wheels. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for videoing. I can't make all of the show in person but I can enjoy the shows via your videos. And you re right about the good deals. Keep up the good work.👍🏿
It was a great show for sure. I've learned to take less cash each year to keep myself out of trouble. 😂 Those American Model Products wheels were the cleanest prints I've seen. I considered buying some even though I have a printer.
That was my first time being there for the show I was amazed I entered 7 models in the show and walked out with 6 models and other stuff thanks for videoing the shows and swap meets I had to make the trip
I found an AMT '23 Ford Model T Delivery Van kit I've been looking for at the right price, and unopened. The vendor was selling out his table at 50% off, but it wasn't advertised. I got one he had priced at $16 for $8. Most vendors at Detroit who had this kit were pricing it $18-$20. I recommend to people that they look around before buying.
OMG what a great shoe thx Tim 4 such awesome coverage indagoda baby😁🤩scooter😎ps jus got the 70 Challenger T/A kit you opened 4 $27.00 on evilbay still sealed😋🤪
I have been going to both shows every year for many years. I used to spend a fortune. Then, I would sign up for double 12 hr shifts to pay for it. 😆 Great footage. 🏭🐀
Wow what awesome kits of all kinds Tim. I really don't like watching these videos, I want everything you show... Lol I guess I'm glad I have none close to me... 😆 LLAP 🖖
@@THROTTLEPOWER i can see more so when you are videoing walking around other modelers trying to take in all the kits. sure is not easy add in your taking time out of your day for use all to be on the journey with you .
stupid prices, way over priced, not worth it to even build anymore, 40 yrs building, cant afford prices today, most of these kits where just 9 or 10 bucks 25 yrs ago. and the older kits are just the newer kits using those same molds, your buying box art if you paying 100 bucks for a kit. for a hundred bucks i would get framed movie posters. another reason kids cant build like i used too, to GD expensive. bunch of old guys thinkin they can make millions off of old warped plastic and bad decals
WOW! I most likely would have left from there flat broke. Thanks for showing Tim.
It was a tough one to walk away from! 🙂
Your connection to how you find all these shows has to be intravenous! You continue to amaze!
I try 😉

One can easily spend a fortune at this show Craig.
I'd love to come across that 66 Imperial. Not nearly enough stuff like that in production.

The swap meet is by far, it's an indoor running track with all the lanes.

Cool, I think you will really enjoy it Jeff.
@@THROTTLEPOWER i find new stuff ever time i watch the video
