I discovered the beautiful and talented Natalia Lafourcade just a few years ago, and fell in love with her music. The first time I heard "Soledad y el Mar," I was completely transformed into the most serene and peaceful state. Now whenever I'm having a hard day, this is the song I listen to on repeat.
A song about how the waves remind her of memories shared with loved ones, as she walks alone in solitude - My rendition takes place in one of my favorite locations on the island of Oahu, in historic Haleiwa.
