It's more about knowing him and how to contact him than the price. Unless he has known you for a long time or you've worked extensively with someone he's close with (i.e travis dickerson/dan monti etc) its practically impossible.

However if I go to my TH-cam app. that like on your post won't appear and TH-cam looks like it's normal self and I can again like your same post. I believe this Facebook TH-cam is an see version of TH-cam because I can see my old lists of videos on it. There's also a TH-cam Music app. which I have just discovered.
