When you hear a beautiful song, you want to express your feelings through dance. Now, how can you do that through arm movements in latin dance? Yes, arm styling is unique to the dancer. However, there are certain rules to know!
In this easy to understand tutorial, Mila explains the basic principles of arm styling in latin dance. Follow along and feel confident in applying your new arm moves to any figures that you are dancing.
Arm styling is easy to apply to Rumba because Rumba is a slow dance. However, we recommend that once you are comfortable using arm styling in the Rumba, that you then apply the same latin arm styling technique to the other dances in latin dance.
