Back in 2019 I was experiencing a very stressful time, needing to move 2000 miles away to live with my sister due to financial needs. I had a cat, and my sister already had one. So I had to reluctantly give the cat back to the shelter. My friend helped me, and drove me to the shelter. She suggested we stop at Dennys for lunch to cheer up. While I was seated in the booth, I looked across to another booth, where a young man was with his female partner. He was all over her - then he stopped and stared straight at me with a knowing broad smile on his face. I knew who was behind that laughing smile. Im proud to say that God successfully transplanted me after my sister died a year after I had moved. Im in a wonderful apartment community which happens to be across the street from a Catholic Church!! Divine intervention? You bet! Thank you Lord!!
Yeah it's gross when people are basically consuming each other in public. I've never let anyone do it to me bcuz I know people are going to see, so in public, it went no further than a peck on the lips or cheek and holding hands. I won't allow my partner to give me hickeys either. It's very tacky IMO, bcuz it's like you're* being marked for the world to see
Love it! Before listening to these files, I believed an exorcism consisted of two priests casting out demons and nothing more. My belief was so misguided. I am thankful for the details and explanations given. How the story is put together is great too! I can picture it in my mind while listening. It is educational, mysterious, suspenseful, frightening, with a victorious end! Keep ‘em coming! ❤

Thank God you're ok. At least now the diocese had some experience with how to do this and to build up their confidence and know that this is real and how to spot when someone has attachments. That's awesome that you are working with them. That must be amazing to see God's work unfold in front of you, through other people and bringing them to God.
this podcast is like a shot of reality that wakes me up to the importance of confession and prayer on a weekly basis. I can’t imagine how Fr. Martins can listen to horrible accounts on how devils enter people like that poor boy who was raped. It breaks my heart.
I like these too. It's something I'm really into and it's always interesting lol. I used to be petrified when I was a child and even into my early 20s, but my fear is gone and I try to research as much as I can lol
The tired wife is a cheater's typical excuse. Just pay now and then someone to help cleaning and a babysitter, so you can have nice hours somewhere with your wife.
Finally again with the storytelling. I must still compel you to bring back the good covers. Maybe choosing some motifs that show that God triumphs (for the second parts of each case) would be a good compromise?
I just listened to the ending i had to make a confession in a ministry of a sin. I was told that probably lots of people have done this before and not said anything. I do not how you can minster to people in God’s name and think that is ok. How God even use you. I know confessing was the best thing I could do it freed me. Confession is a good thing. God removes power of the sin over you.
I'm confused about the timeline. During the exorcism, the vision of the babysitter's home comes up and Fr Carlos says this was the babysitter from 30 years ago. Was this the dad's babysitter who had passed away? I thought the victim is a teen...or is he talking about another exorcism? This episode so far is amazing. Thank God for our Catholic faith!

Does anybody know the answer. My husband, is agnostic. He's on the ALPHA course at the moment. I'm doing the RCIA, but I have noticed something troubling. Every time we have a catch-up about faith, I try to talk to him about what might be the answer as to why x, y, or z maybe a blockage with faith, he starts out eager to hear what I have to say then within minute or maybe two, he's yawning, acts all tired, feels like he's ran over by a bus etc. Instantly switches off from the conversation. Not every time, but a lot more often and more frequent and only with this subject. I am beginning to think he could have demonic attachments. I'm happy to do a deliverance prayer on him (as his wife), but I'm not sure what it is "by name to call it if i waa to do so." it could possibly be afflicting him! As soon as we drop the subject, he perks up and acts nowhere near as fatigued. Yawns a little but nowhere near as bad. At first, i thought it might be his ADHD but i am no longer convinced. Any ideas?
I’m not an exorcist, but call on the saints. Call on Saint Michael the archangel to defend your husband and yourself. Look up the divine mercy chaplet and how to do the rosary with intentions, I’m sure Christ will intervene ❤
Before you talk to him next..I would take time for prayer The Saint Michael prayer..Hail Mary.. Our Father etc. Maybe you could suggest to the instructors tht the group pray together for all those you want to bring with you into this new faith! You'll know what to say.
Be careful doing deliverance prayers - the wife holds no authority over the husband spiritually as per church teaching. You as the wife cannot do imprecatory prayers over him (IE you cannot say I bind ….) BUT you can do deprecatory prayers over him (IE asking the Lord Jesus to intervene for example ‘Lord Jesus Christ, by merits of the grace of Holy Matrimony and in your Holy Name, I ask you to bind any evil spirits present to my husband’)

A podcast with a Catholic Priest and you put this kind of talk?? I think “the man was having an affair” would have been suffice. No one needs the graphic imagines in their imagination.

Yes, I think the converstaion between those 2 was ok, but just too much. Overly sexual. If it would be less suggestive but still showing what kind of relationship they were in, then that would be enough. Moaning was definitely unnecessary.
Can anyone explain to me why when they said things like "pray for us" at times it sounded as if it was the demon talking, you know, multiple voices that sounded creepy? Is that a erroneously done auditory effect or something else? It totally confused me and I don't recall ever hearing that before in any of the other episodes of this show.

With all due respect to Father Martins, what scripture verses does he have to back up his claim that 100% of humanity was in hell before Jesus? It us written in luke 16:22 that Lazerath was carried off to Abraham's side, it doesn't sound to me like they were all in hell.
My guess is that it is permanent separation from God, but not for God. God is sovereign over everything and can access a place and/or state he destined for those who reject his love.
The hell here was the place for wainting. the soul she was already saving like saint Joseph. but others soul who died in case mortel sin it is finish she staying for the eternel
Christ is a part of God and can access everything. Jesus went to Hell to save sinners who didn't belong there and that's why He died. He saved humanity from sin, if they believe and have faith in God, through Christ. God wants everyone to come to Heaven to be with Him, and this is why Christ was sent to us for His mission.

Doesn't the bible say that the righteous dead were in Abraham's bosom? Not hell.
