so, i came upon this video, and thought..."i was at that show". i clicked on it, and thats me screaming "day light savings!!!" and "play that song!!" did i ever imagine a day almost 20 years later, when i would find this show on a computer. such an amazing show.. such a memorable music scene i lived as a teenager. i was truly blessed to grow up when i did.
I saw Fugazi play at the Hollywood Palladium in the Summer of 1991 right before I was about to leave L.A. for college. Felt like the end of an era. Amazing amazing show.
Saw them in Houston back around this time. Not only did they purposely choose an obscure location - they packed it - and Ian came out to the parking lot and chatted with everyone afterward. No one is more committed to their fans in producing an affordable kick ass show and personally goes out of their way to be super nice and cultivate admirable qualities.
i defiinitely saw rancid open for fugazi @ the troc, but my age betrays me... that was 93.. i was 15 & met the mother of my child there. missed this show but caught them again in 97' or 99' @ electric factory DEFINITELY AGREED! they were always so amazing live
hey, it was th troc, but it wasnt rancid. i wouldnt forget that! i m quite certain it was the make up who opened for them, who i did nt appreciate at the time. i think every fugazi show i went to was the best show in my life.
Thx Dude

Shellacs still together and faraquet are back together, thats close enough.
A band is only as good as its drummer.
Best. Band. Ever.
