I am a Nigerian who is in love with the Ghana Local Premier League. My team is Ashanti Kotoko, and my favorite player is Lamptey........I love his style of play, AND his leadership qualities. I'm really glad to see that he finally got the recognition he deserves and is presently in the Black Star squad. With that being said, I'd also wanna say here that I am the number ONE Ghana Black Stars fan..... especially on a day when they got it all together and are playing to win. I don't care what anybody says about the Black Stars.....I have more confidence in them than I have with my country's "so called" SUPER EAGLES. I sincerely want Ghana to be one of Africa's representatives at the World Cup...... and, from the very core of my heart, I wish my Ghanian brothers the very BEST. Ati Zigi is a scam, we still need to explore in our goalkeeping department. Our defence need a beef up. Still some of the players are too comfortable especially our defense, the striking department is in huge competition so they are scoring but the defence we need to scout more.

4-3 we got there in the end! Even with the pen Ghana start games too slowly. Only 2 shots in the first half + we are still conceding late goals. Why didn't Numuah start? Not sure how Otto changes the back 5. They looked really weak today. Ati-Zigi tried to save Mafouta's freekick with his right hand smh. These Mali's CAR's + Comoros's are average teams! As soon as we put pressure on CAR in the 2nd half they crumbled! Partey + Kudus need to get more involved in our games!

With Nigerian football in disasterous times my next team for the worldcup will be Ghana's black stars and hopefully they qualify. The defense is worrying and at times lacking intensity going forward especially in the first half but great fighting spirit the second half won the game. Much love from Nigeria 🇳🇬

Very nerve wrecking game, but we'll take the 3 points. I'm not sure what Otto Addo was trying to do with Issahaku and Sulemana on the opposite wing to what they are used to, they looked lost all 1st half. Very strange choice, you could see the difference when they swapped wings in the 2nd half. Nuamah and Bukari were there if the coach wanted orthodox wingers on the side of their stronger foot, I just don't get it. Otherwise, most of the players had off days. The midfield lacked balance and the defenders were jittery. Even Kudus and Djiku who are usually more reliable I felt let us down at times, Kudus really needs to get his head in the game as it hasn't been good enough from him. I don't think the coach did the best with his subs either, at 90 minutes we had 5 at the back with all the goal scorers and danger men subbed off with a 4-3 scoreline. On another day we could have been punished, and Ati-Zigi wasn't really saving us like last time. Jordan Ayew has really stepped up in recent times, if he continues like this a lot of us will regain faith in his worth in Black Stars. Very pleased with what he has brought to the table recently, this is what you want from your senior Black Star players and lo may it continue.

I feel the defence were less prepared for balls over the top than Otto Addo led us to believe in the press conference. He has to work on a lot of things over the next couple of games. The team could use some tweaks as well.

In Ghana bashing footballers to work extremly harder means you hate them,yes sometimes the insults is too much but the players needs to work harder. I think the coach should look around in search for competitors for salisu,salis and gideon, strong games like this shows your weakness and these guys cant be trusted. the forward is hot now
If the bashing is done with decorum, facts and stats then it is welcome, but football which is a team game, when one player is continuously singled out for bashing and insults then that borders on hatred. In this last game, there were many players who didn't play well but no one would bash them. Let's face it, the kind of torment and insults that some Ghanaians have taken the Ayews through is not just bashing but real hatred as if they are the only players in the Black Stars. How can one argue that a player who is performing creditably well at the highest level be dropped because he is supposedly old, then the likes of Pepe shouldn't be in Portugal national team, if you follow the line of that weak argument. One of the main players of the Cote D'Ivoire team that won the Afcon recently is 37 years old. If it were in Ghana, Ghanaians would have used hatred, tribal sentiments and witchcraft to boot him out of the national team. Let's change for the better as a people.

Jordan had a whole hat trick today but in all honesty we almost lost this game because of silly mistakes we keep making over and over again in the final 3rd. Cannot afford to get complacent and need to do a better job of holding the lead period. But we don't play again until March of 2025 where we face Chad and Madagascar in qualifying.
