In both of these songs there is what we call a wall of sound. When you hear it you will know what we are talking about. Very hard to describe but impressive at the same time. Hollywood Bowl 2022 and a Private Performance ( it is off Mic and was for Make A Wish if memory serves me correctly) They are so amazing and versatile and can do so many genres. What they record they can perform live so it is even more stunning live ❤❤❤❤❤
Also, they often do simple videos so you can see each person close up so you can tell who is doing what. I love their video style and they change it out, but it would not be good to be a headshot type video a cappella if you can’t sing. Once you know them better you will know by hearing who is doing what ( they all can do the wind blow like in Bohemian Rhapsody and click and clap do many things so Kevin is not doing all of it.) Kevin sings when he is not doing beatboxing. When they sing a lead verse, they may also hum or do a music bit as well. Run to You is an original, 5 part harmony, and they share the sheet music with choir groups. Their catalog is large and it is all interesting and good. Some may not be your personal music style, but their talent shines in all. Look at their catalog and pick one, even if it is a song you don’t care for much and see what PTX can do with it ❤❤❤❤❤

It's also evident how much joy you get from the music itself ☺There is a performance they did backstage as a "Make a Wish" contribution. No mics, no post production...as raw as you can get. It shows just how solid they are as a group! You can actually watch and hear them mixing themselves as they figure out the dynamics for that particular room. You didn't know you needed headphones because you're use to listening to today's records. Everything's been so compressed, auto tuned, remastered, and remixed that there's no depth to listen to and therefor no need for headphones.
