Everything Tech is doing here is about controlling space. 4, sometimes 5 out on offense for a drive to collapse and kick out, while on the opposite end having at least 3 guys in the paint on defense.
That was high Tech. Bill was beside himSelf.
That’s 3 different red raiders scoring 30 or more points this year. That’s absolutely crazy.
So over rated though
The "over rated" chant is so dumb. You're basically diminishing the accomplishment and therefore saying the win was less impressive. Which could impact your teams rankings.
The people that are in charge of ranking teams don't base their decisions on what a mass crowd chants from the stands
Since when has a chant impact rankings? Sure, Kansas was down two players and the B12 is a gauntlet to play in, but that doesn't excuse the performance. Kansas just got smacked, and that clearly did not reflect that #6 spot. Plus, it's college kids being silly. I was at that game, and they were chanting worse things than "Overrated".

Rankings are done by humans, everything you do is influenced by other people. Why are you wearing the shirt you're wearing? Those kids chanted it because they heard someone else do it. Back to my main point. As a player I don't want to hear the team I beat being called overrated. That diminishes the hard work and execution of your team. Does it look better to beat a good team or bad team?

All TT fans should be saying Kansas is a great team and they played really hard. Our guys went out and worked harder to beat a great team. Not basically say, yeah Kansas is overrated and that's why we won. Elevate and cheer on your team instead of bringing down the other team. Imagine studying hard for a test and you pass it. Then you hear someone say that test was overrated.
And with a game like this you’d expect T.T. to go 30-0 and KU would be at 0-30. Unusual type win for the Red Raiders.
Grant Mccslasland will get Tech turned around. He's a proven winner.

Why does the rims sound loose? This is the second Big12 game I've watched and the rims sounds the same. I'm not used to hearing the rim sound like a bicycle rim that was turned into a hoop in the hood/ghetto/pj's.

badly refereed game. Bill had every reason to be pissed off.
What?!? Each team had 14 fouls and KU had 22 free throw attempts to TTU's 17. KU shot 32.7 from the field and only 18.8 from 3 point range. Stop blaming the refs, it had nothing to do with them. Self was rightfully booted out. KU just could not shoot.
