the coward that struck the fatal blow was a top amateur boxer yet needed a weapon .claiming to be in fear of his life against an unarmed quey.yet minutes earlier he showed no fear when coming back to the station to confront quey.i didnt know him ,but admire his bravery.RIP quey
It's always same corruption and cowards so wrong and people that commit serious crime walk free their no justice in that. The system is a major failure. The system causes war and crime as they dont do their job correct. But his name and memories lay with use forever he will always be looking down on family and friends and on the other hand the guy he caused the fatal blow will always be watching his back.. R.I.P
