I too saw this in Zeitz Mocaa in Cape Town. I was first drawn by the music, went into the room and was captured by the music and visual masterpiece. I could have sat there forever watching and listening. It touched my soul.
I just saw this in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. I wish everyone could see it in person. I'm grateful to view this video but seeing it in person is so much more intense and moving.
Same here. Sat through it stunned three times over.
J'en peux plus de revoir cette vidéo en boucle pour la spé d'art plastique
I saw this in Cape Town just before we put the planet on lockdown. I was truly awestruck--especially by this piece. Sad. Spooky. Happy. Surreal. Worrying. Bold. Grandiose. Shocking. Pensive... all at once. You have to see it a few times to see what you missed the previous few times!
I saw - and heard - this stunning installation at Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin in the summer 2016... It was a huge experience. I actually saw it twice in a row!
I saw it couple of days ago in Luisiana, Humlebæk, Denmark. It was just perfect and I can't forget it.
Just saw it today in Luxemburg and I was just completely struck, my eyes were just stuck on the films
@@elenamorinstal Wow, I am glad you liked it. Four years passed from the day I saw it and I still remember it like it was yesterday!
@@sonjadolzan614 Yes, in the beginning, I tried too hard to understand the interpretation of the artist. But a the end, I let myself completly immerse into the videos and I interpreted it myself. That's also what the art is about, isn't it ? So that everyone can find his own voice through it.
@@elenamorinstal Ah, it is surprisingly how our reactions were so similar! I also tried to understand it at first, but then I just let myself enjoy it even though it seemed so senseless. Even now when I watch it, it is only pure delight!
I had watched the show once in Cincinnati, can't shake it out of my mind since then, the music was just very brain-washing and impressive.
Saw it in Cape Town, at Zeitz MOCAA last year...I went back to it so many times. Fantastic work 🖤
I experienced this in a Mexican museum in Morelia and it was wonderful. The music, the visuals and the meaning is mesmerizing. Loved it!

Experienced this yesterday at the Milwaukee Art Museum. Amazing piece. I'll definitely go back for another viewing.
I saw it there, too. Blew me away. Poignant and powerful.
I remember seeing this at the Cincinnati Art Museum, and it remains the most amazing piece of art I've ever witnessed (up there with Broadway's THE LION KING).
I saw this in Bruge, some years ago, completely by chance. It was absolutely incredible! As was the whole of his exhibition.
I saw this just today in the Cincinnati Art Museum. Such a powerful piece. I started getting emotional all over again when I was in the next room and could hear the loop starting up again.

Saw this in Cincinnati and still processing it. A marvelous work.
Saw it in Rennes, France a few weeks ago. Fantastic but must be experienced in person!

I experienced this masterpiece last year in Alberta. It was truly an unforgettable experience
I have seen this nine times and keep noticing things. The woman in the long dress pulling the clocklike thing and the woman at the end with the gun both vanish.
We just visited The net Zeitz Mocaa in Capetown where it is shown at a temporary exhibition. Fantastisch en meeslepend. Het blijft hangen ...

I saw it today at National Gallery in Ottawa; a remarkable work, very flowing and evocative. Great music too.
i saw this in the silo at the va in captown
my prof just sent me here and ....Wow....its bacchic, dionysian....monumental! It also seems to carry with it a sense of apocalypse, renewal.... Wow.
Saw this last weekend at the Milwaukee Art Museum preceded by a very informative lecture. The piece was amazing and haunting. Tangential: There was a long row of school chairs for viewers, but unfortunately twice as many people as chairs. I was irritated to see a dozen kids (6-12 years) sitting, leaving a large tour group of seniors to stand for 20-30 mins. behind the chairs of the seated kids. Not all the parents were clueless, there were several other kids who sat on the floor next to their parent/guardian and gave up their chairs to adults.
It is haunting. Hard to understand and moving. I saw it in Milwaukee and went three times. It’s like the struggle of life.
Absolutely spectacular.
I'd love to get a copy of the complete song; if anyone knows how I might do so, I'd greatly appreciate your input.
Did you ever find a way?
@@Sophiesdays no, I never did. I even emailed the artist a few years ago but got no reply.
@@anthonyfife7073 and @Sophie Landry , this is the closest I have come to identifying the main musical theme: th-cam.com/video/V6tMiy-fmFg/w-d-xo.html. Unfortunately... still no actual title. I found the brass band's FB page and messaged them there. Fingers crossed.
@@witolddziewatowski-gintowt334 any luck? :)
@@Jcrams , sadly, no, no response from the FB page.
Would like to see it in person. It touches me deep inside.

Are they showing this at the Broad museum (Los Angeles) exhibit?
Any Ottawan?
Does anyone know where I can download or listen to the soundtrack of this? Thanks x
Alpha Mendoza second this, I’ve been trying to find it for so long. Honestly on the verge of trying to message him
The name of the band Playing is AIE brass band unfortunately it was not recorded its just a church video
Do I hear the mutated version of the woody woodpecker theme song in this song? You can be a slave but with a mind and a body you can't be enslaved.this is Sara' husband... Call me Eddie spaghetti.
Peace!
Hello, I'm not sure at all what most of this artwork symbolizes or means. Could somebody please explain what this artwork actually was?
Die Music kommt nicht so gut rüber wie im Orginal…..also vor Ort anschauen und sich etwas Zeit nehmen ..Gänzehautfeeling ...gut kommentiert
Les pattes aux beurres c’est pas si mal en fin de compte.
American Noh theater
This video really doesn´t give enough credit to this work. Very bad angle and why film the gap between 2 screens for most of the time. 11 Screens are there ... Faboulous work of WK. At the moment at the MUDAM.
I fell asleep while trying to watch this
Je dois analyser ça pour mon bac, je vais foiré mon bac sur cette merde
is it me or this is about colonization?
Warum so langweilig
Wish I could get back that 15 minutes of my life that I spent watching this crap. How anyone find this impressive is beyond me.
