Yes Lord. Speak to me what was already in my heart. I already knew I was trying to manipulate things. Fasting, praying, sewing, all things I’ve done in the past to get what I wanted…but doesn’t work with this prayer. I’ve already received numerous messages alluding to this message. While I don’t think the lord is harshly telling me “hands off”, the way you said it. I do feel his nudge to let go. I despise the unknown, how uncomfortable it feels. I also have past baggage of giving faith to others and being disappointed at the end result. I must remember the hole point of my wildernessexperience. God wants to heal this broken part of my heart, of giving faith to the wrong source and regretting it, by showing me he is different and he wont abuse my faith.

I think this is for me. Ive been pursuing this girl again once she started showing a little bit of interest in me. Ive always felt a special connection to her, but i know i am going to have to get past all of her trust issues.
Its been incredibly frustrating, but if thats who god has for me then i am willing to work past all of that.
Im not sure if that IS who God has for me, but i think in this word God is telling me to just let it go. I need to stop trying to force it in my own strength. Because i cant make her open up. Or make her be interested in me, if she isnt.
Pray for me that i might release all outcomes to the Lord. I have to be okay with the possibility that she ISN'T who God has for me, and then knowing that she is somebody else's.
Pray! Yes! Please pray! Especially if you want this lady. For example: I remember a friend of mine who had been so hurt by a previous fiance who stalked her... so she really could not trust easily. Fast forward to her now husband who was complaining that he waited a year before he could get her number and he was so frustrated. I told him: if you got that number without her giving it to you first, you would not be married by now.
Same case with you: you may believe that it is only trust issues that she has. But only the Lord knows fully. It may be deliverance that she needs! Or therapy first. Or she may need to forgive. Only God knows the kind of partner you will need in 20 years. Is she that spouse? ASK him. Don't be too set on this woman UNTIL God has confirmed that this is your wife one day. If she is: you will get confirmation to wait and how to wait even if it is two years. But until then, don't pursue. PRAY. Does it make sense?
But I will pray for you too. In Jesus name. Amen.
I would say in this day and age, MOST people have trust issues. I'd ask her out for coffee or lunch and see how it goes. You are the man here and it would be inappropriate for her to pursue you. Any relationship, even a Godly relationship their will be bumps, challenges and road blocks. Again, especially in these crazy times we're living in. The main thing is that she serves and loves Christ .I'd give it a try brother!
