You are very very good. What I love about you is your simplicity in talking as well as your recipes. No unnecessary commentary, no drama, no stupid histrionics, simple, elegant explanation. And the other thing I really LOVE about your recipes are that you DO NOT use tomatoes. Every other so called expert uses tomato as if without it no recipe can be made!!
I do not remember tomatoes ever being bought during our childhood except when tomato chi koshimbir was to be made. It's such a "Punjabi" fad that has been copied blindly by one and all.
Our gravies have always been onion based. So a BIG thank you for not resorting to gimmicks and being actually true to tradition. God Bless You.

While cutting the bombils, we couldn't seems it properly .... Because it didn't shoot properly.... So request to do shoot back the bombils cutting seems..... Nd added in the same on beginning or last as where u like...
And the rest of screen is ok nd we like very much 😊 👍 ur receipe....
