I used your video to see how to take it apart but I didn't have to replace mine it was the switch that was stuck I just sprayed some cleaning solution and it works fine now. Thanks for your video help

I can't thank you enough for this video. I just replaced both units on my refrigerator. An easy 10 minute install thanks to this video. The only thing I ran into however was that the wiring harness going to the dispenser assembly had an additional two-prong female plug. Did I miss something? I left it hanging and everything works as it should.
I tried your website and I have to look through over 500 parts just to find what I'm looking for. I tried the filter too but the model list doesn't have my fridge model. You chat feature doesn't respond. So, how am I supposed to look up a part I need without having to go through a list of 500 + items

The part that you ordered was it 242074223? From what it appears you should only have two connectors that you should have to hook up?
