Bro. When you remove water after boiling beetroot, you loose all the minerals and vitamins,why don't you fry beetroot in gee directly and add milk to boil, bring it to dry andvthen add sugar and nuts,in this way you do not loose any vitamin na and also color is retained.

Thala, I tried it, came out very well, but khovva over shadowed, next time, I want to try, without khovva, by adding milkmaid alone without sugar, I believe I could get the texture of beetroot as well, without sugar overtaking the sweet, just like carrot halwa....
