I honestly didn’t move any of my characters to my valley till the end of the story because you always have to go to their houses and if it’s on a different island it’s you will have to go back-and-forth

I had another thought regarding prep for the new EP. There is a new tool coming and it made me think that we might need extra Dreamlight for a new book to give to our characters to help us gather the new 'objects'. Those books use a lot of Dreamlight to craft them!
3 pumpkins into a veggie platter gives you more than pumpkin puffs. Yes you have to add them manually but for me it’s worth it. I do this while I’m watching tv or a TH-cam video
okra is the best hack i’ve managed. i usually do 100 seeds and it yields 300 and you only need to water them once. also, if you plant in the glade of trust, it only takes them a little over an hour to grow. you can also harvest with a gardening buddy and you get 400+

I made as many vacuums, as I could. I need to do more time bending since I ran out of the things needed to craft more. I also made some cookers and gardeners because I will probably need a few.
Wish I'd seen this before I started the star path. Didn't know opening memories was part of it. I was doing a bunch of tasks and was surprised how many gave memories. I just open memories when I get them instead of holding them. Darn it!
It's okay. You can play like that. (I do.) As long as you start relatively early, most of the stuff I find happens naturally by regular playing; same with Dreamlight. At least that's how I've experienced it so far. (Admittedly I'm relatively new to the game.)
I have over 600 k mist, over 900k dreamlight and I purchase all the tiana meals every day and save at least one of each in a chest. I’m prepared. I think the new dlc’s mist/dreamlight will be ink droplets or something. When you see the player removing the ink swells, what they get from it is something a black shade. Unless that’s coal, I’m going to guess it’s ink. I hope they fix Finn’s eyebrows too. They are way too bushy and weren’t that way in the movie. Makes me want to take a pair of tweezers to him lol.
Grinding for Mist (if you have the Eternity Isle Expansion) is definitely a must! But I am also going to make a couple of Advanced Ancient Machines to take with off the bat, so once the DLC is out, I don't even have to make them, I can just drop them into the Biomes and start getting all those new resources straight away. As with Eternity Isle, I imagine the Biomes are going to be separated into different sections, so we would probably need about 2-3 vacuums per biome, but I'll just start with 1 each in the beginning, cause we will obviously have to collect the new currency to unlock different sections of the map. And then one of the new floating Islands coming out is going to become purely a framing island for me, so i can open more space in my valley for villagers and buildings 😁
Using floating islands for farming is a good idea. I am using the Plaza one as a theme park, frosted one for Christmas and forgotten one as a cemetery (or partially a cemetery). I kind of hope they give us floating islands for eternity isle too.

I prep by collecting materials, completing quests if you need to do that( all mine are done)DO NOT touch the night thorns, planting pumpkins, making sure I have room for new houses etc. ... most of all relaxing and enjoying the game. Hope this helps a little.🤗

I'm definitely gonna be turning the Forest of Valor into a princess forest. I already have Belle, Mulan, Tiana, Elsa and Anna there. So as soon as the Floating Islands are available, Vanellope, WALL-E and EVE will be moving to one of them. Then I'm gonna move Rapunzel, Eugene and Merida to my forest along with Aladdin, Jasmine and Aurora when they arrive. I'm keeping Ariel, Eric and Moana on Dazzle Beach cause it fits their personalities.

we could even get higher levels for all 3 ancient machines, maybe even 1 or 2 new ones. also the time bending staff may get 1 or 2 new levels so 50k mist will probably not be enough it'd be cool if they made jacks tree an actual door we could enter and go to the area of all the holiday doors to then go to halloween town to find sally there

@Wolveblade - Great suggestion! Another item that has major capacity is the tall Daisy Duck wardrobe that arrived in the shop after Daisy Duck was added to the game. I place them sideways to the wall and back-to back as you can access them easily from the side. (And I generally have far more Coins to buy the wardrobes than I do Dreamlight for crafting chests.)
I haven’t got the gold edition but I do have the capybara you showed. I love them SO much. The braid is adorable. So maybe they will be still available?
Good tips! I don't know about anyone else but the pickaxe elixirs are bugged for me. I just put in a bug report as they aren't giving the correct amount. I used an Even More Miraculous one then other day that should give 25 uses and I only got 11 out of it... and the basic one which should give 10 only gave me 3.
@hexthepatriarchy-1111 - It's the same in my game and has been that way since Eternity Isle was added. I have wondered if they adjusted the game so that every swing of the axe counts as a 'usage' rather than the number of mining rocks cleared like it used to be.
I went ahead and bought the Golf edition, so i can cross save to Switch from PC, and i got so many moonstones from it!! 15K in edition to the exclusive items.
Do you have a video on how cross platform progression works for expansion packs? Is it true expansions do not allow for cross platform progression? What about items earned in an expansion? And what if you get the new autumn house..can you use it on a different account as long as you have the base game, or does autumn house only stick to the account on which the expansion was purchased?
This is so random, but you don’t need the yellow bar to trigger those luck events though…. I’ve absolutely gotten extra gems etc without the yellow bar so does the yellow bar just increase your chances of triggering those mini games? I’ve always been confused by this cuz you definitely don’t need to be fully fed to trigger those events
You're right you don't! Having the yellow bar increases your chances and your luck. It is not the only way to trigger it but you have a less chance without it. Hope this helps!

I’m wondering how long you have been playing dreamlight valley. You seem to have so much more in your valley. Like Sally and the gold edition but I’ve not seen them offered. I’m beginning to think I’ve messed up somewhere. Also when doing the pumba and Timon quest when talking to the forgotten it said something about giving them a name and unfortunately my controller shifted at the same time I pushed a just to jump up so I never got to rename. Tried restarting but it saved it. On a better note I got 2500 moonstones for my last pic thankfully

I have far more coins to buy stuff than Dreamlight for making stuff and find those wardrobes easier to set up in uniform aisles. They can be opened from the sides so I have an entire floor level in my avatar's home with wardrobes everywhere. (organized, of course - lol)

Just saying but we didn't have to pay for Scrooge's store or "ChezRemy" in "Rift in time". The only thing we nedded to upgrade was Goofy's stall

Two tips: for energy get the VERY MOST by making a fruit cup using 5 gooseberries. For money, add 5 pumpkins and sell that, it's over 4,000 coins

I actually used a room and put daisy's dressers in it for all my stuff it's just as big as LG chest or cooler and way cheaper

They can be opened from the sides so I have an entire floor level in my avatar's home with wardrobes everywhere. (organized, of course - lol)

Can anyone comment about the gift thing he mentioned? What are those and how do you get them, what do they do??
Can someone tell me how to get my avatar to walk? I have been playing on PC since this game first released and even before the yellow bar was added to the blue bar, my avatar *ran* but never walked.
For consoles you don't press the walk/run button too hard. Took me a while to figure that out 😅 I assume it's the same for PC: press lightly
@@FrostedBrownies Thank you so much for your help! I will try that, although I usually use my mouse for navigating and it's not touch sensitive. Maybe I will have more success using my keyboard. Thanks again! 😊 PS - I have one of the first 5 Microsoft split keyboards released in Canada in the 1990's and all the letter keys are worn off except for the Q, the top of the W, the P, and the Y. It's a good thing I am a touch-typist ~ LOL

I HIGHLY recommend subscribing to serroh! I also subscribe to Mr star and sky and also prob senpai. serroh puts content out more often and faster then both of them! I promise he will show you stuff the others don’t.
