Come Back is actually a chinese version of an NCT 127 B-side song. They do perform it at events so thats why they have choreo to it. And actually, "Love Talk" also has choreography to it but I think its pretty chill so they haven't done a dance practice to it.

"Come Back" honestly should have been a title track in my opinion. I get that NCT's concept is often neo-futuristic and experimental but "Come Back" would have been a surefire hit.

Come Back was actually originally in Japanese which is from the 'Chain' album of NCT 127 (it also has Korean Ver). Which also I would suggest you to react to, NCT 127 - Chain. If you think that Taeyong's rap in Baby Don't Stop is fast then you need to check this out.
Also for me, WayV did the best version of Come Back -- vocals and dance wise.
Anyways, thank you for another WayV content! They've been preparing for a comeback now so we might see another side of them.

A tip for Xiaojun when I was learning their names and faces. His cheekbones, are SO HIGH. I would always check that and for Yangyang, it was also a little hard for me, but I used his smile and other than that (Bc I remembered Hendery pretty fast and these three (XiaoHenYang) were new) I also remembered that he raps so. My brain went> "If it isn't Lucas >Ten >Winwin >Kun > Hendery > *Checks cheek bones* > It's not Xiaojun > He's rapping > AH! > YANGYANG! (I also adore his name so that helps XD)

He is main vocalist of WayV, YangYang named him main vocalist during one of their insta lives.
He and Xiaojun do adlibs the most in WayV's song, Kun does a little bit less but does too.
Up to Love Talk and Xiaojun's parts - they still sound great for me and I actually love his pronunciation but at the same time he's kinda inconfident in his English sometimes so it became noticeable from time to time. He's somewhere in between Hendery who's more confident in English and WinWin with Kun who don't know English very well (and I'm putting Ten and YangYang separately bcuz they are the most fluent ones), probably on Lucas's level or a little bit above: has enough knowledge but not enough confidence (from my observing).
I'm not really sure but, isn't Kun the main vocal and Xiaojun/ Ten leads? I'm not sure so correct me if i'm wrong 😊
@@holliepao we don't have any official info yet but most part of high notes made by XiaoTen and YangYang in one of insta lives said that Ten is main vocalist (when he jokingly said that he (YangYang) can actually hit very high notes and one day will push Ten from main vocal position).
I'm not sure about Kun position bcuz he doesn't do a lot of high notes and Chenle with the same characteristics is lead vocalist (he said it himself).

Because I live in China, I've been listening to WayV a lot more recently (listening to Chinese music helps me while I'm still learning the language), so when they came out with 'Love Talk' a few months back, I was pretty shocked to hear a fully English song, but I was also shocked by the lyrics. Love it though.
The one singing the highest note 06:17 is not Xiaojun, is TEN. I believe it is high #D
Xiaojun once told a fan that his highest note is high A. But here it is TEN singing the highest note.
Idk I love Xiaojun’s voice so much- it is softer but that’s just how it is XD it almost sounds ethereal to me- that part in comeback is just so enchanting ~

Come Back is a song that is originally from Nct 127 bside track in the album of "Regular-Irregular". Come Back chinese version of Wayv is from the album of "The Vision" which also includes dream launch and chinese version of regular.

you’re probably aware by now, but come back was actually originally a japanese release from 127! they don’t have a dance practice for it or anything, but they did also record a korean version and include it on their first full-length album :)
Whenever a song has a dance practice, but not an mv it's because it's a song that they'll perform live. Even if it's not a title track, chances are it's a song they'll perform, so there's usually a choreo associated with those songs.
6.22 is Ten who did the high note in Comeback. Not xiaojun.. 😊
They have choreo for Love Talk but dont have dance practice. They performed it at their fanmeeting concert and lately on beyond live, and a lot of fancam too.

"Come Back" was actually, at first, a song on the first NCT 127 japanese album, and then after we got the Korean version and the chinese versio with WayV. You should check out the "Chain" album, lot of good songs!
Comeback is originally a NCT127 Japanese b-side track and then they made a Korean and Chinese (WayV) version for it too. You will definitely experience this more with NCT/WayV; its mostly only their title tracks that have full MVs (there are some exceptions of course, especially with the recent track videos promotional method) but they do perform b-side tracks though so these songs do have choreographies. Unfortunately not all of them have dance practices but you can definitely find music show stages or fancams for them.

fun fact: winwin is part of all three versions of this song. chinese version with wayv and korean + japanese versions with nct127 :). nct127 also have performances on sbs and kbs with this song if you wanna check them out, i’m sure the main parts of the choreo are the same (similar to regular where they kept the main choreo the same and changed it up a bit)
Yay more WayV content! As another commenter already said, Come Back was originally an NCT 127 song and choreo. It's interesting to watch the two choreos in comparison, as there are a fair amount of differences, but definitely a lot the same as well. Funnily enough one of my favourite bits of WayV's choreo is the imagery you pointed out, with Ten in the middle controlling everyone else's arms - that part isn't in the 127 version. Great song either way though, though I think I've got to pick WayV's as my personal fave.

Come back first version is NCT 127 Song (Korean ver) , 2nd ver also by NCT 127 (Japan ver) , and 3rd by WayV (Chinese ver)
I would argue Lucas's English and pronunciation is better than his Manadrin. Since he grew up in Hong Kong and then trained in Korea, he's had a rough time with language but tries hard to learn. Since Hong Kong was occupied by Britain until recently, English is an official language and people who speak English have a more western accent than some other asian countries which use English I would say its first Cantonese, then English and Korean, and lastly Mandarin as well as a little Thai .

I found out about Love talk accidentally and it shocked me a bit lol. I was just playing Animal crossing, letting TH-cam play Stray kids when suddenly these guys are singing about one night moments. I'm glad my parents don't speak English. But this was exciting to watch :)

I remember Lucas telling on their vlive how sad he was that Mark debuted first before him, and how he was left practicing alone after that.. I mean I know he exaggerates that part. But maybe him thinking that his only 99 line friend at that time debuted first, makes him feel alone.. and I also remember how Lucas practice a lot, like a lot.. because he wants to at least be part of NCT Dream, but since he's too tall for that unit, he can't join in..
Come Back is originally sung by NCT 127 (in Japanese first and then Korean), they don't have dance practice for it but performed it on broadcast. 127 and WayV have similar choreo for the song, just like Regular, with some adjustments since 127 has more members than WayV. I personally prefer WayV version because it's cleaner and I think WayV executed it live better (see their stage on All For One) it's just less messy because they have less members (idk how to phrase this oops). Winwin is in both songs too lol
For Love Talk, I think you really should check the fancams from their fanmeeting where they performed it with a choreo, because you'd be surprised lol also TEN BRITISH ACCENT WOOOOO

I loooove come back, this song i think is the one that has the most different version, it came out first in japanese and then in Korean, english and later Chinese. This is one of, if not my most favorite choreography, even though I like the nct 127 version better, I think the imagery of the group in their formations is more pretty and fluid (and also that Haechan fancam is legendary). But I also think that wayv is a lot more in sync and coercive with their delivery and energy, they look like one really powerful body force. Come back is and will always be that song that gets me every time.
i believe lucas isnt as good in mastering languages as others BUT he has his own language because he mixes 4-5 languages in one sentence and its one of his most unique traits lol its just who he is and i love that so much! but yeah, his english pronounciation is on point and thats also why fans thought in the beginning (me too) that hes fluent in english (especially lucas in 'yestoday' - nct song with an mv if u wanna check it out). btw yangyang has a german accent when hes speaking english (i hear it because im german) but hes such a language genius! very talented and underrated boy in my opinion. i think wayv is the group with the most english speakers because hendery and xiaojun speak english too! i was surprised in the beginning and i mean they arent perfect but damn, very good

So Come Back was originally a B-side 127 song on their Japanese album Chain. Then when Simon Says came out they did a Korean version on that album & they performed Come Back along with Simon Says on music shows & other events. Then when WayV debuted they used Regular & Come Back's choreo & adapted it to fit their group. A lot of fans were really upset because WayV kept getting hand me downs from 127. I'm glad that we're at the point where WayV is able to get their own amazing original songs & choreo. Now let's just hope that they get a comeback soon!
Actually the reason why you can understand what they're saying is because over half of them are actually relatively fluent in English even though they may not be very comfortable with it. Yangyang and ten are definitely fluent English speakers, as is hendery. Lucas and xiaojun are also relatively fluent, they understand English pretty well if I'm not mistaken, but they don't speak it very often so they're less comfortable

honestly i cant take winwin serious when hes acting sexy LOL he will always be the cute, absolutely adorable boy ive got to know through nct 127. if you ever wanna see more about his adorable self, you need to watch nct life! i mean, u would see a lot of personality from the members through this show - it has 9 seasons until now. (would be a good idea for patreon...? hint hint). wayv also has a show thats called dream plan, it was absolutely amazing! you really get to know a group through things like this and they did an amazing job

WayV has a Choreo for comeback kinda because NCT 127 already had a choreo for comeback and this one is just modified to their styles and members! You can check out the choreography for the NCT 127 one too if you want !

When I first got into NCT I thought Lucas was english fluent, but it's actually that he nails the accent. He completely fooled me.

Lucas is actually really good in English. He struggles mostly in Korean than in English as he was around Ten and Mark a lot who speaks English more than Korean. He just isn't as confident in his pronunciation but he is actually really good at understanding/speaking English.
