[Watercolor Drawing] Granulation vs Non-Granulation, What's the difference? (ENG sub)

I'm looking into the granulated paints, and I'm making color mixing cards. How should I use the colors that are made like that? I'm going to draw a flower, which is the material that most likely doesn't go well with the granulated paint, and compare the color with the non-granulated paint and compare the difference.
