In 2008, voters chose a "skinny kid with a funny name" over her. Obama had less than 2 years of experience as a Senator when he beat her for the nomination.
Eight years later, the DNC literally stacked the deck to guarantee that she would win the nomination. Even with all their manipulation, an avowed socialist who wasn't even a registered Democrat, nearly beat her for the nomination.

In 2008, Hillary lost the nomination to a Senator with only 2 years experience, and had only been visible on the national stage for barely 2 years. But at least the field in 2008 was robust, with ten candidates vying for the nomination.
Fast forward to 2016, we had a term limited president who was still wildly popular. On election day 2016, President Obama was still polling at 57%. That is phenomenal.
Obama was leaving behind a legacy of highly effective leadership. Obamacare, which even moderate Republicans had finally warmed up to. The economy that he took control of when it was a dumpster fire was turned around and growing again.
2016 was the absolute BEST time for a Democrat to run for President. When voters are happy with the outgoing president, they tend to vote for more of the same. Obama had done literally everything right to ensure that he would pass the torch to the next Democratic nominee.
And YET, there was not a SINGLE well known Democrat who even threw their hat in the ring. Not one. Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, ANY candidate named Cuomo, Jerry Brown, Chris Dodd, Bill Richardson - ALL conspicuous by their absence.
The field of candidates in 2016 were:
Bernie Sanderd - not even a registered Democrat. A socialist who honeymooned in the USSR at the height of the Cold War.
Martin O'Malley - governor of Maryland who had an absolutely abysmal track record. He didn't even poll above 50% as governor.
Lincoln Chafee - governor of Those Island. Another governor with an absolutely abysmal record as governor, and absolutely NO name recognition outside of Rhode Island.
Lawrence Lessig - a Harvard Law professor who never looked above 5% and who dropped it even before the first debate.
Jim Webb (he was my pick) - former Sec'y of the Navy, former Governor of Virginia, and sitting Senator of Virginia.
That's it. That was the entire field. Bernie was hand chosen to be Hillary's sparring partner so that it would look like a real race, but the DNC NEVER expected him to garner much support, and certainly didn't expect him to actually beat Hillary. And yet, a loony socialist who no one outside of Vermont has even heard of before 2016, was about to beat her until the DNC and tipped the scales for her.
It was NOT the DNC who almost denied her the nomination twice. It was rank and file voters like myself who TWICE rejected her.
Hillary is, and has always been a shyt candidate. She is arrogant, smug, and a crook. Her own party does not like her. Simple as that.

The Democrats have been corrupt since Andrew Jackson in 1829 and one could argue that they've been corrupt since the anti-Federalists of the 1790s. This is the party that was founded on Manifest Destiny. They're the party of bringing civilization to the savages (even if that means genocide), slavery, the fugitive slave act, starting the Civil War and fighting as the Confederacy, establishing and running the KKK as the domestic terrorist arm of the Democratic Party, separate but equal, fighting against Civil Rights until it suited their needs, the welfare state, the abortion assembly line known as Planned Parenthood by the well known and well documented racist Margaret Sanger, and working very hard to break down the family unit. They're opposed to cracking down on illegal voting and they're opposed to a national voter ID card. Democrats make up at least the top 8 worst US Presidents in history. They would be 1. Carter 2. Kennedy 3. Clinton 4. Jackson 5. Obama 6. Andrew Johnson 7. Wilson 8. Lyndon Johnson. I believe that Trump will crush whomever runs against him in 2020. There is so much evidence that the Democrats committed voter fraud in this last election. The Republicans handled Obama's election very poorly, in truth. I wrote many criticisms of their actions. But the Democratic/Leftie reaction to the 2016 election was just beyond any reason or excuse. It was extremely childish. petulant and violent. America hasn't seen its like since the 1860, when the Democrats flipped out after losing that election too, and caused our Civil War. They tried to hold the nation hostage back then too, incited violence then too, and ran around assaulting voters with opposing views back then too. Democrats haven't changed in 150 years. Maybe we need to teach them the lessons of that bygone era all over again.
