Godd,,,, dazai carrying chuuya is so well animated, and when he looks at him consumed by arahabaki his protectiveness and love for any facet of him really shines through… when he sets him down and he looks like he’s waltzing, entertaining a thing that they can’t have bc whatever joyous and juvenile love they had was burned and singed by him leaving the mafia.. but they still have this, at least, they can rely on eachother for things that never had anything to do with sides, and everything to do with eachother…… sorry, your animatic is so very good and it awakened a lot of feelings

YES FINALLY!!! even in the ADA dazai still struggles to feel emotion and u captured that perfectly in the blank blackness of his eyes, but when he's with chuuya he's just this loser who is so in love, even if he sucks ass at showing it. It's in the little things, the way his eyes shine, how he waits with chuuya until he wakes up from corruption, etc. GOD they make me sick and I fucking love u for animating this
