Fellow gradschool student with adhd! Do you find that medication doesn’t really help with writing? I’m less distracted but I often feel scattered when I’m on my meds, making the writing process harder.
For me medication mostly helps with being able to concentrate on things like reading for more than 5 minutes at a time haha. I feel like before I started medication, I would hyperfocus on writing more... now I suppose am I a bit more scattered!
