What a lovely healing. I had my eyes closed. And my minds eye was quite responsive today and my spiritual body/ physical body responded to the energy as you were "pulling" and "standing close". A very light and bright lime green made it's presence known like a firework and then faded, just before you were telling your story on the heart chakra, what a joy it was to see and realise, a real happiness. Very unexpected, very unusual for me to see bright colours in my minds eye. I was so happy and enjoying it, I didn't even flinch when you hit the chimes. A very pale, encompassing softer yellow for the solar plexus. And a smaller romantic-red, pinky purple during the sacral. A blue disc was imprinted as you moved onto the root, I'm not sure why, like it wanted to be seen. At some point during-a black blob like an oil droplet with rainbow outline materialised and the rainbow outline was very distinctive. Very interesting, very fascinating. Thank-you for enabling this wonderful experience!

So sorry to hear of your loss. Our animal companions are so precious, I know we wish they could accompany us forever, but unfortunately they're not able to. I hope your heart can find respite in the knowledge your friend will be loving you from spirit. I find it helpful to concentrate on honouring their life, feel so special that they chose to live their short earthly existence with you, knowing the bond you shared was magical, feeling like they accomplished their mission and have had to relocate back to spirit. Take care of yourself. It's what your baby would want.

As a male, I feel that my sacral energy gets clogged as you said, but I feel like at certain times of the moon cycle my primal energy gets quite intense, and I tend to feel a lot of anxiety. I try to massage my adrenal glands 2-3in above the belly button.

I love the sound, but it does surprise me quite a bit if I get up from my desk quickly. I have the other three distributed throughout my house. I love their gently soothing sound.
