ಸಿರಾ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ದಶಕದಿಂದ ವಿವೇಕ, ಚಿಗುರು, ಸಂಚಲನ, ಆದರ್ಶ, ಹೊಂಬಾಳೆ, ಅರಿವು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿರಿ ಯುವಜನ ಸಂಘಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಮಹಿಳೆ, ಯುವಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಠ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಂಘಟನಾತ್ಮಕ, ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು, ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಘಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿರಾ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಂದು ಯುವಜನರ ಪರ ದನಿಯಾಗುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಸಿರಾ ಯುವಜನ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸಿರಾ ಯುವಜನ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಯುವಜನರು ಅವರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ, ಸುಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ಕರ‍್ಯಾಗಾರಗಳು, ಎಕ್ಸ್ ಪೋಸರ್ ವಿಸಿಟ್, ಕೃಷಿ, ಮಹಿಳೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಯುವಜನರು, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವಾರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಿತರ ಜೊತೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ-ಸಂರ‍್ಕ ಬೆಸೆಯುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸ್ಟ್ರೆಂಥೇನ್ ಆಗುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ತರಲು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕರ‍್ಯನರ‍್ವಹಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲಿದೆ.
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕನಸುಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಂತರ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ ೧೨/೩/೨೦೨೩ ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ”ಯುವ ಸಮ್ಮಿಲನ “ಸಂತಸದ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಯುವ ಮನಗಳ ಬೆಸುಗೆ ಕರ‍್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಭೂಶಕ್ತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರೋಣ ಎಂದು ಸಿರಾ ಯುವಜನ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ.
ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ಸುಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕೋಣ. ಈ ಪಯಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀರಿ ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಹೃದಯಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.
For the past decade in Sira, Viveka, Chiju, Sanchalan, Adarsh, Hombale, Arivu and Siri Youth Associations have been working with rural children, women and youth with specific objectives. Sira Yuva Jana Union was established with the objective of bringing all these associations and various organizations of Sira taluk on one platform to do more organized and constructive work for social change, working with various departments.
Sira Youth Union helps youth to build their personal and social life in a constructive and sustainable manner and through complementary workshops, exposure visits, networking with experts who have worked in the fields of agriculture, women, children, youth, cultural and many more, we all become strengthened in the society. It will continue with the objectives of working together to bring about structural changes.
For the fulfillment of all these dreams and after covid we all could not come together. So on Sunday 12/3/2023, Sira Yuva Jana Union has planned to join Bhushakti Kendra through "Yuva Sammila" program for happy life.
Let us all build our lives sustainably and step together for structural change in society. You have given and continue to give a lot of support to all of us in this journey so I thank you from the bottom of my heart on behalf of the union.
