There is no poolside restaurant that transforms into a steakhouse in the evening. You showed the outdoor bar. The back of it is the swim up bar. This place lacks an outdoor restaurant. You have to walk into the sports bar where they have cold hotdogs you can microwave
Loved this resort and location, but hates the restaurant staff. Im not sure what the issue was, but they yelled at clients when they were leaving the buffet with a snack, like full fledge DROP IT or leave our resort.
Part2 - We tried to get into the Asian 3 times with no luck. We ate at the Italian; you can tell the food was prepared hours in advance. Entertainment at the theater lacked luster. Usually a 3 person band. If you’re with a teenager below the age of 18 and can’t go to any of the pool parties. We did feel safe both on resort and around the area. Tons of armed police/military walking around everywhere. Scuba Carib is horrible, they are playing video games on their phone and don’t acknowledge you. The don’t lend out mask/snorkel like other resorts. They DON”T have SCUBA at this resort. You have to go to the Riu Carib and you pay for your own TAXI. In addition, its not Free lesson at the pool, you have to pay $108 up front and if you don’t go on the open water, you get $48 back. I went on Sunday, and they were closed

I'm glad you loved the resort and location! That’s disappointing about the restaurant staff. Did you find any other places that had better service?
There room keys are shit , had to go 5 times a day to reception to get them fixed. Pools closes at 7

Hi by chance do you know if your staying at riu cancun can you also go over to the riu palace las america to hang out there ?
I read comments in other videos asking the same and they said no. But if you stay in riu peninsula u can go to other rius.

you can go to Riu Caribe. There is a free shuttle to and from. Riu Caribe has nightly parties.
