"Doing the loop" was a game changer for me . I could only manage 1 or 2 damage phases before but following your route I've just killed him. Just need to do it on a flawless run now .

Thank you, Mano! Did exactly what you said and got the Solo Flawless done in 2 attempts. Took me a long time but I was extra cautious cause I didnt wanna wipe and have to start again. The tip about the Harpies hiding in the corners in the Final Boss encounter was super clutch. Keep the amazing guides coming. Most flawless runs I see are done on titan or warlock, so being able to do it on my hunter is awesome. Thanks again!!
This is probably the best guide I have ever seen. Even though I still haven't been able to solo flawless it yet because of the fans and the final boss room and because I'm just bad , I can see a lot of people got through it. Keep up the good work and good luck hitting 100k subs.
Absolutely first class video. The break down of the loadout takes into account that not everyone has access to the "obvious" high damage raid stuff, and the little tips and tricks are so useful. Being a Warlock main, I really look forward to that video, but until then, I'll definitely be trying the arc Hunter set up. Great job Mano 👍
For those running w/ gyrfalcon's, I would run with the stylish executioner aspect instead of trappers ambush. Stylish executioner grants you invisibility on weakened, suppressed, and VOLATILE targets. This means you won't need your melee to continue the gameplay loop. You can run markman's dodge for a shorter dodge cool down and instant reload. On top of that, you get an extra fragment slot. Now just dodge to go invis w/ vanishing step. Your void weapons get volatile rounds which make the enemies you shoot as well as nearby enemies volatile. Killing any of those enemies refreshes ur invis and the cycle continues. If u need to refresh the loop your dodge will come back much faster with marksman and u can do it all over again.
Interesting stuff! Not bad at all. I assumed that people coming to this would not necessarily be running Gyr's since a lot of folks don't have them (since Running Lost Sectors, right) I wanted folks to have the ability invis without executing an enemy, since Stylish is a niche pick and can't always be proc''d (you can't execute Suppies for example) Still interesting stuff, thanks for watching!
got my solo flawless today, failed 3 times and i really recomend the forerunner sidarm for the eyes of akelous, because you one shot the eyes, there is 12 eyes and 12 rounds in the mag. other than that, this was a great video, really helpful
The scout rifle you get from the dungeon also 1 taps the eyes if you have solo operative on. I just swapped to it so i could kill a few harpy's and before I started boss damage there then back to my smg after.
I recently did the dungeon and did this exact strategy for the final boss especially with witherhoard almost same load out, witherhoard, calus mini tool and adept hothead

Another great combo is Explosive Wellmaker and Well of Life. Witherhoard, Vortex grenades, and any other explosions (even non-Solar) will spawn Solar wells and we’ll of life will give 10s of constant healing
Also you can jump to the catwalk near the 3rd Erasmus recording and the first secret chest with Stompees with a sword pretty easily to skip the ledge part
Also correct, by since I’m assuming that more average players would not be using Sword/Mobility techniques. I covered using Eager Edge techniques in the previous video as well!
Solo operative I feel should be cheaper by like 1 or 2 give or take since you need max build efficiency and not getting that 1 or 2 extra points to get that +5 would really help but still it is quite good as is
Could you please do another one of these now that nightfall is out and almost everything has changed? Would love to see how I could do this because I don't have 4 hours in a day to put into trying this which is how long it'll take at the rate I've been going lol.

How much of this is still applicable now that we are in Lightfall and don't have weakend clear or Solo Operative available now from the artifact and a few other things shown in the video?
Almost all of it is still 100% applicable. The only difference? Which weapon you’re gonna use for damage. I’m preferring Levi breath/rockets this season, linears are still solid for 1st boss. Literally, it’s just “use the artifact for this season, choose weapons based on that”

I can’t craft anything because I don’t get RED BOREDERS I need to buy them form the vendors which requires me to run like 50 of the seasonal activities
You don't need to farm for red borders for Taipan - It's part of a free quest at the Enclave (go to the Relic, where you shape weapons & go to the left. There is a quest line there) In terms of Bump in the Night, just farm the Haunted Leviathan Chests. It's easy
Damn this is better, just saw a different video, dude just listed his guns he used without detailing what was needed on em, and didnt show his armour stats and build lmao, and the "guide" literally said "assuming you know how to do this dungeon just do it up to this part" then skipped to the persys fight...
One punch isn’t really helpful here. The DPS you get from one punch isn’t enough to put it over the top. And then final boss does way more damage to sugar
If they are the Seasonal Solo Mods/Weakened Clear, than it is worth it. Too many are used to using Builds from Two Seasons ago, instead of updating to go with the Meta. These 2 mods will help you! IF it's something else, let me know which ones!

Honestly I don’t think “ANYONE” can solo this dungeon. That’s a clickbaity claim to make. This dungeon is an endurance test. the first boss is actually stupid and need to be reworked dungeon when compared to others. I was able to solo flawless it but I don’t think anyone can do this. It takes a lot of patience and commitment.
“With a little bit of time and practice, ANYONE can solo this dungeon” I firmly believe that anyone who puts their mind to it and focuses on using the tips in this guide can. The whole idea is to make safe solid damage rotations. Plus, people need to stop claiming clickbait on TH-cam. Literally EVERY creator uses a clickbait title. It’s just part of TH-cam.
I’d argue, nab some bounties, and get after that mod. I was at solo operative in week 1. I know I make content on this game, but most players can get there just by picking up bounties, and doing ritual playlist games

little bit of orientation for folks for the hydra room hidden chest, it is under the stairs opposite from the corner that is lit in white

if you dont have trinity ghoul, a good option is ticuus divination, it can clear the weaker enemies pretty quick

You can sword swing just before you reach the bottom and it cancels your momentum, so you can safely drop down, risk free!

What's the white and purple shader on the ikelos smg in the final boss footage?
I don't do anywhere near as much damage as he's doing for the first boss any suggestions
i’ve got great stats for this but not the weapons or exotics recommended. is it just plain rng to get all the things needed?
Taipan is a crafted weapon quest. Volt shot SMG is, but you could always use Brigands law from last season. Rockets are RNG for rolls.
So i know I'm 3 months late, but how do you unlock more than 12 artifact mods? I'm a returning player havent played since year 1 of d2.

The armor that I was wearing, for this was donning armor from last year. Those are ornaments that I purchased with bright Dust
I was really hoping I could clear the second encounter solo hunter solar but the damage just wasn’t hitting it
Doesn't stareater scales only buff the initial hit of the gathering storm?
Dunno, but if so, it’s still best for damage, other than tether in solo situations, along with the other positives of class that they bring with them

The triple tap/veist stinger is amazing. I used it on Oryx and burned through my entire ammo pool without ever reloading.
Almost killed the first boss, got booped off the map twice and fell through the tiny gap...sad. Good guide though thanks :)

One punch isn’t really helpful here. The DPS you get from one punch isn’t enough to put it over the top. And then final boss does way more damage to sugar

Because you don’t need it. When you pick up a matching well, it gives you charged with light x 2 already
Stay invis, then glitch last boss fast&easy
