32-year-old Ibrahim and his family used to be able to count on the land.
However, circumstances took a difficult turn - as devastating drought wiped out their livestock and the following years of drought forced them to leave their home behind.
Seeking a better life, Ibrahim and his family left for Baidoa - and found a camp, where they could find what they needed to start building their lives back up.
“I’m a farmer, and just because I’m not at my rural home doesn’t mean I won’t farm. Even though I’m in this new place, I want to grow many plants using our land."
