@{Cotton Kayda} We can't say for sure, for or against the name Astre. It's just a theory and our best guess currently. For the longest time, I was convinced that they BOTH were named Ciel and that the parents did that since our Ciel was meant to be the "spare" anyways.

Honestly, I just really love expanding on Ciel's and Alois's relationship as if season two didn't happen the way it did or they got over it because Ciel could understand that they were similar, and Alois is more like a side character much like Soma or one of the boys from Weston. He annoys Ciel, but ultimately, Ciel is lonely and doesn't mind the company.

But wen Astre (Our Ciel) showed up and found out his brother still missing (Missing or dead i don't know) as planed he took his brother place. He became Ciel and no body knew.
