Nice finds a lot of nice dresses I love thrifting never knowing what you will find Being a young male i have always loved vintage dresses , the style and fit I found a long straight red dress with a gold embroied pattern on the front with a silver exposed back zipper for only $10 and a Traditional Alice In Wonderland dress for $10 I love wearing vintage dresses for crosssplay

All of those Gathers on the first dress at the 2:09 mark are called Ruching (pronounced Rooshing)..Very Forgiving on figure flaws.. Love it! [You wear it well..] ~ Skirt at the 2:49 mark has a "Lettuce" Hem.. ~ Vince dress has Ruchung ( rooshing No "n").. ~ Again, dress at 19:07 has Ruching (that is ROOSHING ~ No "N") ~ ~ Red Asian:Jacket at 19:20 mark has TOGGLE buttons.. ~ Not trying to be a Verbage Nazi, just want you to use Key Words and correct terms .. Afraid you might put an "N" in your listing & not get the sale..

Hey! So the most cleaning that I do with shoes is just wiping them down if they need it but no extensive cleaning. I don't wash the clothes I pick up but I do steam treat them which disinfect them and makes them look more presentable. ❤️☺️

As someone else pointed out, you do a great job of modeling. Do you model the clothes in your listings? Or use a mannequin? Or do you just do pix of the clothes, against a traditional white background?
Aw thank you! No I don't model them for my listings and I used to use mannequin but I switched over to just the white background with a velvet hanger a couple years back. I felt like the mannequin was a little too time consuming. ❤️
How do you find stock photos? Tips? Tricks?
Great question. My first option is to take a picture of the item and then Google lens it on my phone and that normally finds it for me. Or I just type in the items brand and main defining factors on the Poshmark search and hope that I can find it. Hope that helps! 😊
What keywords would you use for a vintage dress with a not super popular brand? I have one that’s GORGEOUS I haven’t listed it though because not sure if keywords…
Hey! Actually, it's very rare that I find a vintage brand that's popular. Normally if I find a vintage piece that Im buying based on style I'll find out what time period it's from. Then I'd look up dresses on eBay that have sold that are in that same time period category, not even worrying about the brands. Then from there I would just look at what keywords they're using to describe similar looking dresses to mine. I hope that helps! Can't wait to hear back when you've sold your dress! ♥️
Also, I would add TV shows or artists that were popular during that time frame. For example, for '90s style dresses I'll add Friends, Spice Girls & Practical Magic because those were popular TV shows and bands during that time frame that had iconic clothing styles. And if I was doing 50s I'd tag Pin Up, Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn. Just some examples. 😊

Hey! So I list everything on both platforms but as of recently I've been selling more consistent sales on Poshmark. But I honestly really love having both platforms and appreciate them both so much! I've noticed that I'll have bad days on one and then the other one will pull through for the day. So it's definitely nice to diversify your listings. As for people asking for discounts or lower prices. I always price my items a little bit higher so that I have more room for negotiating. If somebody lowballs me, I just counter offer. I just view every low offer as a blessing because they increase traffic and your listing potential in the algorithm.

How quickly do these usually sell for? Great video.
It really depends on the item. Some I'll sell within minutes of listing and others take a few months. I currently have around 2k active listings so my sales are pretty consistent and I don't mind sitting on items for a while. But if you only want to pick up items that you know are going to flip fast and not sit in your inventory you need to be checking the sell through rate on each item that you pick up. ❤️😊
