Rasturant style Nehari Recipe

- Nihari is a delicious slow-cooked meat stew. Here's a basic recipe for you:
Ingredients:
1 kg meat (beef or mutton)
2 onions (sliced)
1/2 cup oil or ghee
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp nihari masala
Salt to taste
Water
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat oil and fry the onions until golden brown.
2. Add the meat and ginger-garlic paste, and cook until the meat changes color.
3. Add nihari masala, salt, and enough water to cover the meat.
4. Cover and cook on low heat for a few hours until the meat is tender.
5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
