Delphi Labs: DataSnap XE - REST Web Application

Welcome to Delphi Labs! Today we are using "Delphi REST Application" wizard to generate a complete project consisting of a web application running in the stand-alone VCL Forms web server application and a pure JavaScript client embedded in the html markup.
We are reviewing different parts of the application and exploring the functionality of "on-the-fly" client proxy generation, so the client JavaScript code is always in sync with the DataSnap server methods.

Thanks a lot. I am wondering for days now, how to connect FM application to a service. I did not find any information on how to write a REST servise and then call it via REST client from FM. Can you help? Can you do a full circle.

Thanks very much. If I could make a request for a future DataSnap tutorial, it would be great to cover the template generator and, start to finish, the X509 pki generation procedure for the HTTPS/Encryption/Compression option.
