    Technically the scheme worn by the P32's are a normal paint scheme (to an extent). The scheme for all empire service units wear Amtrak's phase 3 scheme which was introduced in 1976 on the F40PH's, years later after Amtrak's 40th anniversary all empire service untis would be repainted into it, the true phase 3 heritage unit on amtrak is unit 145.

      Hmm, thanks for this info! I saw all of the Empire Service engines on HeritageUnits.com one day and thought that they were considered HUs. So they're actually not HUs? Interesting.
