I’m assuming you are referring to peripera’s ink the velvet? If my memory didn’t fail me, I believe it was 11 My Coral, which was one of my favourites! 🧡
Hello there! 💖 Rose Blending is pinkier than Cool Rose Up in general, although it’ll depend on what your natural lip base/tone is. Cool Rose Up can be a little less opaque with light layer so your natural lip tone can be seen through. In terms of the formula, I’m sure you’ll know the differences; Etude’s is more liquid lipstick like and Romand’s is more powdery/mousse like and non tacky. If I were to choose, I personally am more comfortable with Romand’s formula and given my natural lip shade is a little towards pinkier side anyway and having warm skin tone, Cool Rose Up looks more flattering on me. ☺️ But then again, since you already have Rose blending, you don’t really need Cool Rose Up unless you don’t like the tackiness of Etude’s and are willing to give up the longevity. Hope this helped you a little with your decision. 😊

The most moisturising may be a bit hard to define, depending on the lip condition. 🤔 I find Peripera Ink Mood Glowy Balm and Rom&nd Glasting Melting Lip Balm are moisturising on my lip and can work on my drier lip days! 👄
