SEGA were lazy and didn't do proper hand animations on PD09 to PDEx. This carried over to Arcade and therefore all of its future ports
Thanks to increased capabilities of the PSVita, PS3 (F, F2nd) and PS4 (X), the dev team behind the F/X games cooked harder than they used to
