I literally just found out about her an hour ago at 2AM. Her voice is a dream. So ethereal. It was posted as an anonymous song on Tumblr and I'm so happy that I was able to make out a few lyrics to search it. I AM in love with Ingrid St-Pierre's music. Like what the original blog in which I found it had commented, "you don't have to understand something to feel something". Indeed. Even more so, I love French everything, gentle piano instrumentals, poignant lyrics, and soft childlike voices. She's basically the epitome of everything I've ever hoped for in music- my best discovery so far. I hope people support her more and buy her music so she could make more stuff like this. I know I would! INGRID ST-PIERRE
Yes, the child-like voice. It slows everything down in a crazy mixed up world. Love her music. Found her on a french music channel, one song, her song got my made me stop to listen, [ Les aeronefs]. There's a constant sadness in her voice that seems to bring it out in me. My mind goes back to people and pets I've lost through the years.
