Sir, after reading the text of swami vivekananda on raj yog and Patanjali Yog sutra I have a doubt. Sir it mentions about kundalini, and as I have learnt any practice which includes kundalini requires the attention of a guru. So sir is it safe to practice the ashtang yog mentioned by Maharshi pantanjai without a guru, I really want to start it ASAP. Waiting for your answer sir, yours humble subscriber.

No brother a big no....... these things can really mess you up so either find a true guru or there are different ways of doing the same thing......feed the needy help them and do your karma the way you like it and practise normal yoga and meditativd practises no need to go for ashtang yoga life is precious so dont try such thinga
