I don't know enough formal music theory and terminology to give a proper drumbeatdown, but Open Your Heart is objectively the correct answer! (And the energy is so high that you can drum it just about any way you want, and it'd work!)

What I'm made of is the best, but in terms of the instrumental songs, this takes the cake by a mile. Distant third place goes to Rail Canyon, IMO.

Perfect Dark Gaia is my theme of choice. 100% The boss fight itself could've been better, sure but man the music was so rocking.
That and the Nega Wisp final boss from Colors are my personal 2 favorites.
