  • 🌟 To Empower is to make someone stronger and more confident, especially in controlling the things that matter to them 🌟
We are thrilled to be working with Nadia Baker of NNB Consultancy ltd to unveil our Empowered Women in Leadership programme where we aim to empower women to develop the confidence to take control of their career and reach their full potential.
Many organisations will design and lead their own internal WiL programmes but valuable, precious resources are dedicated to designing workshops and logistics.
With Empowered Women in Leadership we aim to take this pressure away. We’ll focus on the design and delivery of workshops that develop your talented women meaning your organisation can focus your energies on the mentoring and sponsorship of your participants - together we aim to add the most value to your female talent and your organisation.
Together we will work with them to strengthen their skills in:
    ✨ Influence and impact
    ✨ Confidence to be authentic
    ✨ Self-awareness
    ✨ Resilience
    ✨ Building networks
In addition, participants will have access to experienced executive coaches for 121 sessions who will support the participants to build action orientated plans that help them to realise their potential and bring the best outcomes for your organisation.
Throughout the programme we provide a psychologically safe, motivational and action orientated environment designed to empower your talented women to reach their goals and support your business.
    ✨ Why?
Matthew Syed has famously written about the power of thinking differently. Concluding that diverse thinking drives better team outcomes, stronger problem solving and improves overall performance, having diversity in your leadership teams seems an obvious plan.
Yet, research by the Institute of Learning and Management found that half the female respondents reported self-doubt about their job performance and careers and capability compared with less than a third of male respondents.
This is further supported by the 2023 Global leadership monitor whose research tells us that women leaders are more likely to underestimate their potential.
Enhancing confidence in the skills and capabilities of the high performing women in your organisation can improve your succession planning, culture, innovation and performance.
✨ Who is this course for?
This course is designed for organisations that want to develop women in middle management to senior manager positions that have the ability to progress their careers into more senior positions.
It is for women who are highly capable but would benefit from the additional boost of development and coaching to expediate their confidence to take control of their career and progression.
Working together in experiential workshops we will guide them to develop their “ambition statement” and leave the course with a plan to continue their progression with the support of your sponsors and mentors.
