Hi Noel (& Sue!), I know these recipes are mostly aimed at family’s but can I just say they’re also fantastic for singletons or couples living on a budget too, especially for batch cooking or for quick meals. I have 2 genetic chronic health conditions & im just finding my feet (confidence!) again in the kitchen, I can’t stand or prep for long (hoping to move next year to an adapted property so I can enjoy sitting down to prep & make my meals, fingers crossed! ☺️) & these are really ideal for me, especially as you don’t give precise measurements so you cater to your own needs! There’s millions of recipes out there but you’d be surprised how many really take up time just to stand & prep.. funny how you don’t realise these things until you’re no longer as able bodied. Tried this tonight, similar to a recipe I’d used before from the tasty app with chicken and sausage with Cajun spice & parsley. Never used asparagus before so was a nice new addition thanks Noel love the videos!

Haven’t seen this comment yet but you were asking how to peel an onion. I tend to slice it down only the first layer & peel it all off. It may waste one layer but is very easy & quick & the first layer can be a bit yucky anyway. Don’t know if you’ve found any other way to do it but it’s always worked for me!
